What we collect

We collect only what we need to run Bucket: account details, the integrations you connect, and the messages and documents flowing through those integrations once you enable them.

How we use it

We use your data to index your team’s knowledge, answer your questions, and keep the product running. We do not sell your data. We do not train external models on your data.

Data storage

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256. We host on infrastructure in the region you choose at signup. Self-hosted Bucket runs entirely on your own servers.

Third parties

We use a small set of vetted subprocessors for hosting, error tracking, and email delivery. The full list is published and updated when it changes.

Your rights

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account settings. For requests under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws, email privacy@bucket.app.
