Acceptance

By using Bucket you agree to these terms. If you are using Bucket on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

Use of service

You may use Bucket for any lawful purpose. You are responsible for the accounts you connect, the data you ingest, and the actions your team members take inside the product. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the service.

Data & privacy

Your team’s knowledge belongs to your team. We process the data you connect strictly to provide the service. We do not train external models on your data. See the privacy policy for details.

Intellectual property

Bucket retains all rights to the software, brand, and product. You retain all rights to your data and the answers you derive from it.

Termination

You can cancel at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk. On termination we delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
